Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or container are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or greater value. Colors may vary on some arrangements.
We always do our best to accommodate our customer's delivery needs. However, we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. Before major holiday, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance. We always place a call to home to make sure someone will be there to accept the delivery, however during really busy days or major holiday we don't have the time to contact each recipient.
Orders must be placed before 1 p.m. Eastern Time to be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Eastern Time will be delivered the next working day.
Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift, please note them in the special delivery instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not home when attempting a delivery, we will either:
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance) and call recipient to let them know that a delivery was left for them. (We do not leave flowers during extreme temperatures of heat or cold.)
- If weather does not permit leaving the flowers, the recipient will be contacted and we will schedule a time for delivery the next day.
Sympathy flowers usually require more time to prepare. Please try to order a couple of days early so that we can accommodate your specific needs. If you are in doubt please call us. We usually contact the Funeral Home concerning delivery and service time to ensure your tribute will arrive on time.
We are experienced at making deliveries to all of the local hospitals. When placing your order, please make sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number. Your delivery will be handled in accordance with the facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florist to personally deliver to individual rooms due to security measures. Please note ICY patients are not permitted to receive flowers. If you are unsure, please call the hospital before placing your order.

To provide you with the best service, you can cancel your order anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call the store.
We will gladly replace any floral arrangement that you are not 100% satisfied with. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. The original product must be returned. We do not give refunds, a store credit can be issued if you prefer.
